Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at aaouthouses.com or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
A&A Outhouses and Pumping provides portable toilet rental, luxury restroom trailer rental, and pumping and sanitation services across all 50 states. All services are subject to availability, location, and the specific terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
Service Agreements and Bookings
All rental agreements are confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract or written authorization. Pricing, delivery schedules, rental duration, and service frequency will be outlined in your individual service agreement. A&A Outhouses and Pumping reserves the right to adjust scheduling due to weather conditions, road access limitations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement at the time of booking. We reserve the right to require a deposit before delivery. Overdue balances may be subject to additional fees. Failure to make timely payments may result in early removal of equipment.
Customer Responsibilities
By renting our equipment, you agree to the following:
- Units must be used for their intended purpose only.
- You are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible placement of equipment on your property or job site.
- Vandalism, misuse, or damage to units beyond normal wear and tear will be the financial responsibility of the renter.
- Hazardous materials must not be disposed of in any rental unit.
- Units must not be moved from their original placement location without prior authorization from A&A Outhouses and Pumping.
Delivery and Pickup
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver and pick up equipment within the agreed timeframe. Delays caused by factors outside our control – including but not limited to traffic, weather, or restricted site access – do not constitute a breach of service. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure site access is available at the time of scheduled delivery and pickup.
Limitation of Liability
A&A Outhouses and Pumping shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or equipment. Our total liability in any situation shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A&A Outhouses and Pumping, its staff, and its contractors from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of our services, your failure to comply with these Terms, or any violation of applicable law.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies are detailed in your individual service agreement. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
Intellectual Property
All content on aaouthouses.com – including text, images, logos, and design – is the property of A&A Outhouses and Pumping. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Missouri.
